6/14 – 6/21 Alberts landing RV in kingston idaho

Hi from the area just east of Coeur D’ Alene Idaho known as Kingston. Sometimes I feel like we are using “Amazing” too many times to describe some of the places we’ve been to.  But, it is an apt description. Mountains covered in thick trees, beautiful rivers, lakes, and streams, crystal clear blue skies, gigantic boulders and rocks with many colors and features and the occasional wild animal.

The RV park, Alberts Landing (and yes the name did influence its choice as it is my name) is right on the Coeur D’ Alene river and our spot was very close to the river.

We took a boat tour of the Coeur D’ Alene lake and it was pretty interesting. Once side of the lake with a lot of very expensive beautiful homes is only accessible by boat.

Note the really tiny tug boat pushing the barge. It really is pretty small and looks just like a larger version

That’s the Coeur D’ Alene river in the background.

Just toodling around in the Coeur D’ Alene forest.

Theres always another beautiful view just around the next bend.

Evidence of a large animal clawing on a tree. Sasquatch perhaps, bear?

Elk are frequent in some meadows.

Debis favorite red barn!

Mini, our hard working, take us anywhere RZR!

Debi with her I can tackle any terrain face on when driving

Look out fish, Debis got her waders on!

This button goes where?

OK, no leaks on the wading gear. The Coeur D’ Alene river was pretty fast moving.

That’s a lot of ducklings!

The river was crystal clear. Its about 4 feet deep here and you can easily see the bottom.

The river is just beautiful!

Really enjoyed our stay at Alberts Landing. We did buy some fly fishing gear from a local store, still learning how to use it.
